About the Recipe
Bakım odaklı iş yerleri fiziksel olarak kapsayıcı olma, çalışanlarının çalışma koşullarını ve haklarını güvence altına alma, ekip üyelerinin iyiliğini gözeten politika ve programlar oluşturma, eşitlikçi ve katılımcı bir yaklaşımla yönetme gibi özellikleri içerir.
Bakım odaklı yaklaşım, bakım alma ve vermenin toplumsal cinsiyete dayalı rol dağılımlarına işaret eder, bunun yarattığı eşitsizlikleri önlemeye çalışır. İş hayatının kıyısına itilmiş bakım ihtiyaçlarını merkeze taşır, bunları ortak sorumluluğun bir parçası olarak görür.
Postane ve Hafıza Merkezi öncülüğünde 2022 yılında yürütülen “Bakım Odaklı İş Yerleri” projesi sivil toplum ve toplumsal fayda alanlarında çalışanlar için kapsayıcı, çeşitli ve güvenli çalışma alanları yaratmayı amaçlayan bir pilot proje olarak uygulandı. Proje, AB Ufuk 2020 Programı tarafından finanse edilen RESISTIRÉ projesi tarafından desteklendi.
