Yekpare Social Enterprise Association (Yekpare Social Economy Culture and Ecology Association) has the title of "data controller" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

The groups of people subject to this Information Text are: 

- Newsletter Members 

- Event Participants 

- Union Member Candidates and Members

Your personal data is processed for the limited purposes of conducting our operations regarding our union activities, event management and communication activities.

3. What are our methods and legal reasons for collecting your personal data? 

 

Personal Data is collected through forms (electronic or non-electronic), e-mail. You can review our legal reasons for processing your personal data in the table below:

Legal Reason -  It has been made public by the relevant person himself.

Purpose of Processing-  Introducing yourself at events, sharing your business card, featuring on your own website or platform

 

Legal Reason - Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned - 

Purpose of Processing - 

- Your applications to become a Union Member, the evaluation, acceptance and follow-up processes of your membership application

- As you apply for programs, projects and collaborations, the evaluation process of your applications and the execution of our related operations

- Carrying out our communication activities due to your contact with Yekpare Social Enterprise Association through our website or social media channels.

Legal Reason - Obtaining explicit consent

Purpose of Processing;

- Within the scope of our communication activities, you accept newsletter membership and ensure newsletter sending.

- Applying for participation within the scope of the events we organize
 

4. To whom and for what purposes can we transfer your processed personal data?

Your personal data will be shared with our service providers and business partners at home and abroad for the purposes specified in Article 3 of this Information Text and for the achievement of these purposes.

If you are an event participant, your data will be shared with our domestic and international business partners we work with during the organization and organization of the event you attended, for organizational and event management purposes.

What are your rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK as a Personal Data Owner?

 

We hereby inform you that, as a personal data owner, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:

- Learning whether your personal data is being processed or not, 

- Requesting information if your personal data has been processed, 

- Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether your personal data is used in accordance with the purpose of processing, 

- Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad, - Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, - Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation, 

- Request that correction, deletion and destruction operations carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation be notified to third parties with whom your personal data is shared, 

- Object to the emergence of a result unfavorable to you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively through automatic systems, 

- If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, request compensation for the damage

Your written applications regarding your above-mentioned rights will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your application. However, if the process requires an additional cost, you may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
