Stakeholder Analysis

How will it benefit?

A stakeholder map is a tool used to visualize all stakeholders involved in the social innovation process. This mapping will help you list and position identified stakeholders at appropriate innovation stages.

In this way, you will have a clear view of what roles the identified stakeholders can play at different stages of the innovation, their level of commitment and strategic importance.

The Stakeholder Map is useful for understanding the complexity of relationships, realizing which connections may be important for innovations and why, and entering unfamiliar territory.
